Tap Manage Extensions, turn Receipts on, then tap Done.

Tap aA again → Receipts → Always Allow → Always Allow on Every Website.

Now type facebook.com into Safari's address bar. Don't tap a link to Facebook — links open the Facebook app, and R* only works here in Safari.
Open a post or reel and tap the round R* button in the corner. The same works for TikTok, X and news sites.
